Support legislation to require police departments to participate in sensitivity training and de-escalation tactics, be equipped with body cameras, and submit regular reports to the Office of the Attorney General regarding police interactions through traffic stops and arrests, to include demographic information.

Take steps to ensure those leaving the penal system are able to get necessary training to become positive members of society and lower recidivism.

Ensure equal treatment under the law regardless if a defendant can afford to hire their own lawyer or works with a court-appointed attorney.
